Attachment: SIR DTFACT-15-R-00045 FINAL has been deleted. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Offerors are hereby invited to review and respond to the REQUEST FOR OFFER- SIR. The Agency requires a follow on procurement of the DOT and FAA 冱 SAVES Information Technology (IT) Hardware (HW) vehicle. This includes servers, storage arrays, network devices, Personal Computing Devices (workstations, laptops, tablets, thin clients, notebooks, etc.), computer peripherals and accessories, and miscellaneous equipment (large screens, touch screens, scanners, projectors, desktop printers, etc.) by various Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) that meet the FAA IT community 冱 requirements. The FAA anticipates award of an Indefinite- Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) fixed-price contract(s) for a period of performance of sixty (60) months from the date of award. This contract is part of the Strategic Sourcing for the Acquisition of Various Equipment and Supplies (SAVES) Program. The program includes all FAA Lines of Business, Staff Offices, Regions, and Centers. This contract can also be utilized by all DOT modes. The FAA anticipates up to four (4) awards resulting from this SIR, with no more than two (2) possible awards issued to large businesses and no more than two (2) possible awards issued to small businesses. The FAA will only accept one proposal per Offeror. The SIR number is DTFACT-15-R-00045 and is attached to this announcement. The Proposal due date and time is set forth in Section L of the SIR. Questions regarding this SIR must be in writing and submitted to the Contracts Specialist(s) by 5:00PM EST on February 24, 2017. Questions must be emailed to 9-WJHTC-SAVES-HW-Recomp@faa.gov.
