- SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY The Department of Veterans Affairs, James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center Altoona, Pennsylvania intends to issue a request for quote for the procurement of one Outdoor Use Wheelchair Lift. Ascension Protégé Vertical Platform Lift 5442FG-058 Warranty 20 years on drive train, 5 years on parts, and 1 year labor Upper Landing Gate Opposite-hinged upper platform gate (and//or ULG hinging for FG models) Outdoor use package Upper landing gate required 47.0 clear width 120 VAC, 60 HZ, Single Phase, 15 AMP minimum services Lower landing operating controls Upper landing operating controls All control circuits powered by 24 VDC power supply *This requirement will be Brand Name or Equal: MFR Ascension Protégé Vertical Platform Lift 5442FG-058 Additionally, VA will be utilizing this notice to collect information which will assist VA with market research. The VA is currently seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB and VOSB) capable of providing this item. Potential offerors are asked to submit their company s information to the Contract Specialist listed within this notice, to include the following: Company Name Company Point of Contact to include email address and phone number Company Size (Large, Small, Non-Profit) Company Socio-Economic Status (Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned) Company DUNS Interested Contractors should submit this information to the Contract Specialist by 3:00 P.M.
