- CANCELLATION OF SOLICITATION GS-05-P-17-SC-C-0008 This letter is in regard to Request for Proposal (RFP) GS-05-P-17-SC-C-0008 for Fire Alarm & Voice Evacuation Replacement at the Potter Stewart U.S. Courthouse, 100 East 5th Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202-3905 You are hereby notified that the above solicitation has been cancelled in its entirety in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 14.404-1(c)(6). We regret that we could not successfully negotiate a contract for this requirement. A bid bond was required for this solicitation.
