- SPM4A8-17-Q-0040 SPM4A8-17-Q-0040 SYNOPSIS FOR PR#17-20-2202: Procurement is a sole source solicitation for a Hansen 5TOP1CX 3/60/230V Refrigeration Module in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 17-50-2202. The contractor shall provide a Hansen 5TOP1CX 3/60/230V Refrigeration Module, on site installation start-up and commissioning, and Shipping. DLA Aviation Industrial Plant Equipment Division intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. DLA Aviation Industrial Plant Equipment Division intends to award a firm-fixed price, definite delivery contract. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 70 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, price, past performance, performance price tradeoff, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
