Single Source Justification for FA4620-17-T-A402 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-17-T-A402 for four (4) EA Tucker Sno-Cat tracks is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This solicitation is being issued as a Single Source procurement in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) under the NAICS Code of 336999, with a size standard of 1,000 Employees. The Single Source is Tucker Sno-Cat Corporation.
