- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Acquisition Services, Atlanta, Georgia, intends to award a sole source procurement to Luther Consulting LLC for EvaluationWeb® Data Reporting, Management and Submission System for collection of National HIV Prevention Program Monitoring and Evaluation of required data. A contract will be executed through the issuance of Request for Proposal (RFP) number 2017-N-66757. The RFP will solicit services for use by the Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention's (DHAP) staff and grantees, providing both with real-time access to HIV prevention program data via a user-friendly data management and reporting system. The objective of the support is to improve the ability of DHAP grantees and CDC to effectively monitor HIV prevention programs on a real-time basis. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 518210, Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services. The resultant contract will be awarded for a one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods.
