Combined Synopsis and Solicitation This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. The requirement is for FDA Approved Microsphere Embolization Particles for use in trans-arterial embolization procedures for William Beaumont Army Medical Center that meet the essential physical characteristics listing in the solicitation. This solicitation and resultant purchase order is being conducted as unrestricted under full and open competition.
