- This is a request for quote for the services/supplies request below under "Description of Requirement". This RFQ synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) in Subpart 12 & 13. This is fixed price procurement under NAICS Codes 333244 Printing Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing QTY - 4 Cylinder, Sleeve KBA# L7007970 Susi Color Save System part. BEP Part Number - MAP2855 Deliver: Fort Worth, TX. RESPONSE IS LIMITED TO (2) PAGES. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS 1.0PERIOD FOR ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTES The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its quote firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the RFQ. 2.0REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATION a.All requests for questions and/or clarifications related to the RFQ shall be submitted via e-mail to Brandon Wilson at Brandon.Wilson@bep.gov. b.Answers to questions or requests for clarifications will be provided by the Government as an amendment to the RFQ. c.All questions or requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing. The Offeror shall note in the e-mail subject line the solicitation number BEP-RFQ-17-1142. d.Any information provided to one Offeror concerning this RFQ will be furnished promptly to all other prospective Offeror as an amendment of the RFQ if the lack of that information would be prejudicial to any other prospective Offerors. 3.0GENERAL QUOTE PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS Offerors shall submit a firm fixed price for all items. The quote shall include full specifications of proposed product and transit time. Quote may be submitted on company letterhead. Please provide DUNS or CAGE. Registration in the System for Award Management is required (www.sam.gov). EVALUATION FACTORS 1.0GENERAL The quotes received under BEP-RFQ-17-1142 will be evaluated in accordance with the instructions contained in this section. One award may be made to the Offeror whose quote is determined to best meet the needs of the Government after consideration of all factors. 2.0EVALUATIONS METHODOLOGY The Government shall evaluate quotes based on the following criteria: Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable.
