- The Bighorn National Forest intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract that consist of roadside clearing of trees and shrubs. Trim tree limbs as near flush with the trunk as practicable. Saplings smaller than 6' high can remain in place. Project is located in Sheridan County, WY. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 115310 with a size standard of $7.5 million. Contract time is 30 calendar days from Notice To Proceed. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. All responsible quoters will be considered for award. Contractors must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
