The USPHS Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF), Facility Maintenance has a requirement for a Contractor to provide CONSTRUCTION services for sewerline replacement. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other necessary items for a complete and useable product in full compliance with the Scope of Work, plans, drawings, and specifications as defined in the solicitation.
