- SF1449 Solicitation Scope of Work INVITATION FOR BID W912KN-17-T-0024 AQRC142003 - DEMOLITION OF BLDG 137, 261, & Q-HUT FREIDAY, 19 MAY 2017 177 TH FIGHTER WING, NJANG This Solicitation is an Invitation for BID (IFB) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 14 for the Demolition of buildings 137 and 261 at the 177 th Fighter Wing, Egg Harbor Township, NJ and the Q-Hut at Warren Grove Range, Rt. 530 mile marker 7.5, Warren Grove, NJ. This Solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside - size standard is $15,000,000.00 Reference attached SF1449 for Solicitation & Contract Specifics. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management, www.SAM.gov SCOPE: All Contract Performance will be in accordance with the posted Scope of Work on www.FBO.gov The Scope includes facility demolition, asbestos abatement, utility capping, debris removal, and site restoration. The Period of Performance is 180 days after Contact Award. Warranty: FAR 52.246-20 -- Warranty of Services applies to this Solicitation WAGE RATES: Service Contract Act (SCA) WD-15-4191 (Rev-1) 2/22/2017 applies to work performed at Warren Grove Range Service Contract Act (SCA) WD 15-4189 (rev-2) 12/30/2016 applies to work performed in Egg Harbor Township QUESTIONS: All questions pertaining to this Solicitation must be emailed to usaf.nj.177-fw.list.fal-msc-contracting@mail.mil SITE VISIT: A Site Visit is scheduled for Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at the 177 th Fighter Wing, Building 52, Room 30, at 11:00am EST. Contractors must arrive at the Front Gate located on Tilton Rd. no later than 10:45am EST to be escorted to the meeting location. A valid Government Issued ID (state drivers license for vehicle operator), current vehicle registration, and current vehicle insurance card is required for access to the installation. BIDS: Bids are due NO LATER THAN Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 1:00pm EST in building 52 room 30. OFFERORS ARE SOLELY RESPOSIBLE FOR ENSURING THEIR BIDS ARE RECEIVED BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER NOT LATER THAN THE BID OPENING DATE & TIME LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
