- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Jackson has a requirement to provide the 81st Regional Support Command's childcare during their Yellow Ribbon Events being held during Fiscal Year 17, 18, and 19 planned for Orlando, FL. Provide childcare services to cover a range of 125 - 200 children by ratio age groupings and square feet per child/youth. Contractor shall ensure the space provided allows for separation of infants (0-18 months), toddlers (19-36 months), pre-school (3-5 yrs), school age (6-12 yrs), and teens (13-18 yrs) for safety and appropriate programming. State childcare license(s) with current annual inspection report shall be submitted with proposal and shall have business registered name as it appears on license in the Systems for Award Management (SAM). Solicitation W9124C-17-R-0016 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The anticipated period of performance will be 15 June 2017 to 14 June 2020, resulting in a 12 month base year and two (2) 12 month option period. The first event under this contract is scheduled for 17-18 June 2017. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 624110, Child and Youth Services with a size standard of $11.0 million. This procurement will be a total small business set-aside. The RFP will be available electronically at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 25 May 2017. Proposals will be due no earlier than 8 June 2017 @ 11:00 A.M. EST.
