Description

SYNOPSIS: The VA Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHCS) has a requirement for SERVICE to REPLACE Water Damaged Drywall & Floor Tile, Building 150 within the VALBHCS located at 5901 East 7th Street, Long Beach CA 90822. A Firm-Fixed Price Construction award is anticipated. A CVE / VIP registered and certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, parts, tools, supervision, incidentals, and services required to replace water damaged drywall and floor tile in Building 150, Suite R205 (Rooms R205, R205A and R205B) as required by the solicitation request and statement of work. Work will be performed in/around an operational hospital environment, which will remain operational during project duration. Solicitation documents will be available electronically on/about May 19, 2017 at the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. Bidders will search for solicitation VA262-17-Q-0902 to access solicitation documents and any issued amendments. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO CHECK THE SITE FREQUENTLY AS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING AMENDMENTS. Only electronic email quotes will be accepted. Only one (1) organized Pre-Bid Conference and Job Walk / Site Visit will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 9:00AM local meeting at Gas Pumps near Building 5C, Engineering. NAICS: 238990; Small Business Size Standard: $15 Million; Project Magnitude: Between $25,000 and $100,000. Contract Period of Performance will be 14 Calendar Days from Purchase Order Contract issuance. SDVOSB bidders must be registered, certified and current with the Center for Verification Excellence (CVE), Vendor Information Pages (VIP), and System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) to receive an award. The single source of entry for all outgoing documentation / information pertaining to this acquisition will be http://www.fbo.gov. Telephone, email, and fax requests for a solicitation package / information will not be accepted. All interested bidders (prime contractors & subcontractors) can register at www.fedbizopps.gov so that others will know of your interest in participating in this procurement.
