This requirement is for one, clean, approved U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an Inert Gas System and Segregated Ballast Tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 235,000 bbls of JP5 within vessel's natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. Laydays commence 31 May and cancel 01 June 2017. The intended performance will be one voyage. 17. Place of Contract Performance: Intended loading port/place: St. Theodore, Greece; Intended discharge ports/places: Diego Garcia and Akasaki, Japan. 18. Set-aside status: N/A. Due to this requirement being entirely outside of the United States, FAR 19.000 applies and no small business set aside will occur. All responsible business sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. SBA representative agrees with this decision.
