- W911SA-17-Q-0118 Attachment 4 Ft McCoy Reg 200-3 Integrated Pest Management Plan W911SA-17-Q-0118 Attachment 3 Ft McCoy Reg_420-30_Wellhead Protection Plan W911SA-17-Q-0118 Attachment 2 Ft McCoy Pesticide Use Proposal W911SA-17-Q-0118 Attachment 1 OPSEC W911SA-17-Q-0118 Solicitation Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform woody and herbaceous plant species control service within the selected sites of Fort McCoy, WI;; in accordance with the performance work statement and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is 01July 2017 (or subsequent date) through 31 March 2018 with four (4) one year options (from 1-April through 31-March) and one six month option to extend services. ***A site visit will be held Wednesday May 24th, 2017 at 10AM Central Time. Site Visit to be held at MICC Building 1108 South R Street, Fort McCoy, WI.
