Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:SD City:Rapid City Delineated Area:North: East Mall Drive East: Route 16 Bypass South: Route 16 Bypass West: Old State Highway 40 to Sheridan Lake Road to West Main Street to West Chicago Street to Route 445/Deadwood Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3,110 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3,266 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):31 (see breakdown below) Parking Spaces (Surface):31 (14 reserved for GOVs, 15 for employees, and 2 for visitors), plus handicapped parking per code. Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):14, per above Full Term:10 years Firm Term:5 years Option Term:None Additional Requirements:Space must be located on the ground floor. Reserved parking is to be adjacent to entrance of proposed space. Reserved parking may be required to be secured (enclosed with chain link fence and automatic key card access gate). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to this advertisement.
