- "Intent to Sole Source" Politico Pro Health News Subscription Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Acquisition Management Services (AMS) on behalf of PSC, OS Immediate Office of the Secretary (IOS) and (OHR) intends to sole source to: Politico, LLC 1000 Wilson Blvd Arlington, VA 22209-3927 The Immediate Office of the Secretary and the Office of Health Reform political staff have a need to stay abreast of all healthcare policies. To do so, the staff has requested that we acquire Politico Pro Health. Politico Pro is a web-based tool that provides legislative and regulatory insights, data analytic tools and resources for policy professionals at state, federal and international levels. This is not a solicitation for competitive proposal. No solicitation document is available. All responsible sources that have determined that they can provide the same services may submit product information and a capabilities statement addressing their specific abilities regarding this requirement. The email subject line must reference OS197398. All responses are due by June 9, 2017, 8:00 AM Eastern Time and can be sent to Patrick Hacker at Patrick.Hacker@psc.hhs.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
