- Attachment 0001 PERFORMANCE SPECS Attachment 0002 SPECIAL PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS A00000573 SPRBL117Q0006 Exhibit A TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS This Request for Quote (RFQ) will result in a Spot Buy for the following part listed below. NOUN: Fiber Optic Cable Assembly - 100FT NSN: 6020-01-490-7024 P/N: In accordance with performance specifications A3302584-4 QTY: 140 each The solicitation package includes the RFQ, Attachments 0001 and 0002, and Exhibit A. This RFQ is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. This procurement is limited to consideration of quotes for items produced by the following sources that are currently eligible for waiver of First Article Testing Requirements. Refer to DLAD Proc Note 209-9015 WAIVER FIRST ARTICLE TEST SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITIONS (JUNE 2015): Optical Cable Corporation (CAGE 6Y528). Fiber Systems International (CAGE 4DXK8). Amphenol Fiber Optic (CAGE 58982). Stran Technologies (CAGE 1HVU5). FIS Blue (CAGE 4RF03). Federal Prison Industries, Inc./Unicor (All CAGEs). Accelerated delivery at no additional cost to the Government is accepted and encouraged. All inquiries shall be directed to the point of contact in block 5(b) on page (1) of this solicitation. This procurement is being managed through the FedBizOpps (FBO) website. All documents and proposals must be submitted electronically through FBO.
