This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FAR Part 13 procedures are being utilized. The Government reserves the right to award without discussion. •The solicitation document, FA8604-17-Q-5060, is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. •The associated NAICS code is 519130; small business size standard is: 1000. •This requirement is for the following commercial supply: CLIN DescriptionQty 0001Playstation 3/4 Mature Rated Games per QTR 6 Xbox 360/One Mature Rated Games per QTR 6 Playstation 3/4 Teen Rated Games per QTR3 Xbox 360/One Teen Rated Games per QTR 3 The subscription shall be provided for the period of 01 July 2017 - 30 July 2018 1001Playstation 3/4 Mature Rated Games per QTR 6 Xbox 360/One Mature Rated Games per QTR 6 Playstation 3/4 Teen Rated Games per QTR3 Xbox 360/One Teen Rated Games per QTR 3 The subscription shall be provided for the period of 01 July 2018 - 30 July 2019 2001Playstation 3/4 Mature Rated Games per QTR 6 Xbox 360/One Mature Rated Games per QTR 6 Playstation 3/4 Teen Rated Games per QTR3 Xbox 360/One Teen Rated Games per QTR 3 The subscription shall be provided for the period of 01 July 2019 - 30 July 2020 Requirement Description The members of the Air Force Learning Resource Center require a firm-fixed price subscription contract that will include shipping six (6) mature rated Playstation 3/4 titles, 6 (six) mature rated Xbox 360/One titles, three (3) teen rated Playstation 3/4 titles, and three (3) teen rated Xbox 360/One titles every quarter during the period of performance. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order is anticipated. The subscription shall be provided for the period of 01 July 2017 - 30 June 2020.
