NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS For The Solid State Module Replacement (SSM-R)Procurement Industry Day 19 May 2017 The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Strategic Warning and Surveillance Systems Division, AFLCMC/HBQ, is conducting a competition for replacement of the legacy/obsolete Solid State Modules (SSMs): Array Module (AM), Array Group Driver (AGD), Sub-Array Driver (SAD), and Side Lobe Canceller (SLC)/Side Lobe Blanker (SLB). The approved Solid State Module Replacement (SSM-R) acquisition strategy is for a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (SAIDIQ) contract. The SSM-R program management team will host an Industry Day Conference on 21 June 2017 at Arnold Hall Auditorium in the Central Integrated Support Facility (CISF) Building 2025, Peterson Air Force Base (AFB), Colorado. The CISF Bldg 2025 is located just south of the Base Exchange/Commissary building (if requested, a map can be provided to participants following registration). This Industry Day Conference will provide interested parties with an overview of the SSM-R effort, program history, requirements, acquisition strategy, tentative program schedule, small business objectives, and potential organizational conflicts of interest (OCI). The draft overarching SAIDIQ Statement of Work (SOW) will be posted to FedBizOpps.gov (FBO) prior to the Industry Day Conference for industry review/comment. Industry Day Conference briefings will be held on 21 June 2017 from 10 a.m. - noon at Arnold Hall Auditorium in the CISF Bldg. 2025. 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. on 21 June 2017 will be reserved for One-on-One sessions which will also be conducted in Arnold Hall Auditorium. One-on-ones will be held on the half-hour and will be limited to 20 minutes each. The one-on-ones will focus on information exchange, and WILL NOT include capabilities briefings. The information to request a one-on-one meeting is included in Attachment 2, and these meetings will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Questions asked, answers, and a list of attendees (name, company, and contact information) will be posted on FBO following the conference. No recording devices of any type are permitted. REGISTRATION & BASE ACCESS Attendance is limited to five (5) individuals per company and/or company division. All personnel interested in attending must pre-register by sending the required information to 850ELSG.PK.Workflow.PAFB@us.af.mil by noon Mountain Time by 12 June 2017. Requests to substitute personnel for individuals who previously registered prior to the 12 June 2017 deadline will be considered through noon MDT on 19 June 2017, but only if the individual already has access to Peterson AFB. The registration form is included in Attachment 1. Registered attendees should use the West Gate to access Peterson AFB. If attendees don't have access to Peterson AFB, those attendees will be required to report to the Visitor Center building just outside the Peterson AFB West Gate and inform the security personnel you are on the attendee list for the "SSM-R Industry Day Conference" and be prepared to show your driver's license and vehicle registration with proof of insurance or rental agreement.
