This procurement is issued in accordance with the formats under FAR Part 12 - "Acquisition of Commercial Items," and FAR Part 15 - "Contracting by Negotiation" as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; formal proposals are being requested. Solicitation number M68909-17-Q-7602 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Change Notice 20161222. NAICS Code 541519 is applicable with a standard size of $27,500,000. This is an unrestricted opportunity on a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) basis under FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation).
