past Performance Questionaire Task 2 Pricing Template Task 1 Solicitation Title: AV Design Services Classification Code: R - Professional, administrative, and management support services NAICS Code: 541512 -- Computer Systems Design Services THIS IS NOT A BROOKS ACT REQUIREMENT AND IS NOT BEING SOLICITED AS ONE. This is a synopsis/solicitation for commercial service. Solicitation Number USCA17R0057 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This announcement constitutes the only publication. This solicitation is expected to result in the award of more than one Blanket Purchase agreement (BPA) Contract for professional technology design services for evaluation, design, and installation support of courthouse technology electronic systems for new and existing building projects for the U.S. Courts and the Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AO/AOUSC) in any part of the United States of America and its territories and possessions. No funding will be obligated on the BPAs and no work will be authorized by the BPA. Work will be authorized through and funding will be obligated on BPA Calls (BPAC) awarded by Contracting Officers located throughout the United States and its territories and possessions. Each BPAC will contain the agreed upon fixed price for the project to be performed, the government project, deliverables and pricing. The BPAs will be unpriced and no funding will be obligated on or payments made against the BPAs. Each BPAC will be awarded on a firm fixed priced basis and will require the judiciary to obligate sufficient funds to make required payments under the BPAC. The Offeror must be registered in SAM prior to award. The government will make an award to the Offerors whose proposals conform to the requirements of the solicitation and is judged to represent the best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. The AOUSC will consider all firms; however, those having judicial/court design experience at the federal or state level are highly preferred. Work will be awarded via a BPA Calls (BPAC) process for individual projects. The estimated annual amount to be expended under each BPA is not expected to exceed $3,000,000 for in BPACs per firm. The period of performance for each resultant BPA will have a 5-year ordering period from date of award. The BPAs shall include fully-burdened hourly rates for all anticipated disciplines of various levels within the firm and any subcontractors, for use in awarding firm fixed price BPACs. All proposals are due no later than 2:00 PM ET, Friday, 16 June 2017. Any proposal, modification, or revision that is received at the designated Government office after the exact time specified for receipt of proposals is "late" and will not be considered. The Contracting Officer reserves the right not to accept questions concerning this RFP after Wednesday, 24 May 2017, 2:00 PM ET to ensure sufficient time to provide answers to significant questions to all interested offerors through posting on the FBO website. No telephone, written, e-mail or fax requests for documents will be accepted; all interested offerors must download their own documents from the internet - no exceptions.
