- IGF::OT::IGF The proposed action will be a sole source request for the Department of Energy (DOE) to purchase space and/or booth to promote and brand DOE as an employee of choice at the 22nd Annual NSPAA Technical Assistance Workshop (TAW) on June 6-9, 2017 at the New Orleans Marriott in New Orleans, LA. The TAW promises to enhance the ability of all HBCU representatives to better identify applicable opportunities; to better match their faculty with these opportunities; and increase the number and dollar amounts from DOE and the other programs on HBCU campuses. This will thereby increase the number of students trained in areas of interest to the Department of Energy.
