Introduction/Description: The responses to this market survey will be used for information purposes only. This is not a screening information request for proposals of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred associated in preparation or in response to this market survey. Furnish all necessary labor, equipment, transportation, and service to "Replace the Localizer (LOC) shelter at the Ukiah Municipal Airport, Runway 15 . For the LOC site, work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Disconnecting and removing the existing shelter. Set the existing shelter off to the side so that the FAA can remove the electronic equipment. Demolish the existing building foundations. Demolish the existing DME antenna tower, foundation and conduits. Remove the existing direct buried LOC feedline and control cables. Reconfigure the incoming 240 volt power. Supply and install a new pull box and cable. Excavating for the three new grade beams. Excess material shall be hauled off site on the same day. No overnight stock piles. Excavating for the DME antenna foundation. Placing base material, compacting, forming, installing rebar, placing concrete for the grade beams and the DME antenna foundation. Excavating and installing new conduits for the LOC antenna and the DME antenna. Excavating and installing new conduit, pull box and wire for the incoming power. Excavating and installing the new earth electrode system. Carefully setting the new government furnished shelter on to the new grade beam foundation. Supplying and installing building lightning protection, grounding and bonding. Installing and connecting all other new underground conduits as shown on the drawings. Placing base material, compacting, forming, installing rebar, placing concrete for the stoop. Removing the existing equipment shelter and disposing of it. Cleaning up and restoring the site. The estimated price range of the procurement is between $50,000 and $100,000 Solicitation Package expected to be posted/distributed no later than May 26, 2017. This notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals and women owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at the prime interest rate to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.00.
