Description
T-Posts per Attached Specifications - BLM Utah The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) State-Utah seeks a contractor to supply T-Posts. The specifications for the T-Posts are in the attached file titled "A06 L17PXxxxxx Specifications - Fence Material". The quantity is 3,000. The location where the T-Posts are to be delivered is the BLM Color Country District Office 176 East DL Sargent DR Cedar City, UT 84721. This Request For Quote (RFQ) is being conducted under NAICS code 332323 Fences and gates (except wire), metal, manufacturing under which a company must have five hundred (500) or less employees to be classified as a small business under this code. This procurement is a 100% total set aside for small business under NAICS code 332323. The contractor will be selected by means of lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA). Technically acceptable means meeting the technical specifications given in the attached file titled "A06 L17PXxxxxx Specifications - Fence Material". Whether or not a proposed product is or is not technically acceptable is the sole decision of the BLM. The terms and conditions are the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses of a commercial item in the dollar range of Simplified Acquisition Procedures - attached file. All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have a current entry in the SAM computer system (https://www.sam.gov) and not be debarred from federal government contracting.
