- This notice is to inform industry supporting all Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) sites of a new web based tool that will be deployed on 5 June 2017. Spark! is a tool that will be implemented at all NAVAIR sites to support innovation. Users can submit ideas that may be approved for implementation. Collaborators can rate the ideas and provide feedback or suggestions to the idea originator. The tool is accessible to all NAVAIR employees with active SharePoint accounts, including contractors. Contractor organizations should consider all Organizational Conflicts of Interest issues and properly instruct its employees as to whether or not they are permitted to use the Spark! site (which includes submitting or collaborating on ideas). All questions regarding Spark! implementation must be sent via email to Spark.fct@navy.mil.
