- The purpose of this amendment is to change the Response Dae, instuctions and the Delivery Schedule. 1. Quotes must be submitted to Stephen Colton, stephen.colton@us.af.mil, SSgt. Jermiah Camacho, jermiah.camacho@us.af.mil, and Patrick Mock, patrick.mock.1@us.af.mil NLT 1:00pm Pacific Standard Time, Tuesday 30 May 2017. 2. Referencing the FAR 52.212-1 Addendum, FAR 52.212-1 paragraph (b) is changed to read: Offers may submit proposals by e-mail (preferred) to stephen.colton@us.af.mil, jermiah.camacho@us.af.mil and patrick.mock.1@us.af.mil or mail to: 5865 Swaab Blvd. Bldg. 588 Nellis AFB, NV 89191-7063 Please Note: All proposals that are mailed shall include one electronic copy of the entire proposal. In all cases the proposal must be received no later than the exact time specified in the solicitation. 3. The Delivery Schedule is changed to read: The contractor shall have 14 Calendar days, for each building to complete installation. Installation shall begin after receipt of carpet and at a date agreed to by both parties.
