- DOL Wage Determination for Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties. Applicable Far Clauses SF-1449 Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items Statement of Work This combined synopsis/solicitation for services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG28-17-Q-PMW161. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are: 238910 Site Preparation Contractors, Standard size in Millions: $15.0 This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and part 15 The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate the proposals: 1. Technical Capability of the services offered to meet/exceed the Governments Requirements per the Attached Statements of Work. 2. Price to resurface two parking areas at Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg North Mooring and Davis Island location, Tampa. When submitting your proposals, request a price breakdown of the following: a. Cost of labor and supervision b. Cost of materials and equipment needed to perform contract. Anticipated award date: 10 business days after close of solicitation, OOA 19 June 2017 Quotes are to be received no later than close of business (3 p.m.) on 09 June 2017. Telephone requests of quotes, will not be accepted, a formal notice of changes (if applicable) will be issued in FEDBIZOPS (www.fbo.gov). Wage determinations: 2015-4571, Rev 1 dated 01/31/2017 for Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor is to provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to prepare and resurface two parking areas per attached SOW. Parking areas are located at Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg North Mooring location, 600 8th Avenue SE, St. Petersburg FL 33701 and at Coast Guard Sector ST. Petersburg Davis Island 155 Columbia Drive Tampa, Fl. 33606. Geographical range: Price Range: NTE $40K Performance Period: Performance of work is expected to commence NLT 10 days after award is made. Extension period must be approved by the Contracting Officer for any unforeseen delays. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and any other supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform the services required. Site visit: It is highly recommended that prospective offerors attend a scheduled site visit for both locations on Wednesday 31st of May at 0900 for the North Mooring location in St. Petersburg and 1200 for the Davis Island location in Tampa.
