- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for quotes, answer vendor questions, provide a revised copy of the Price/Cost Schedule, and replace in its entirety, the SLA Clause found on Attachment C, Solicitation Clauses. Vendors are responsible for all amendments when completing their quotes. The due date for quotes has been extended to 8 June 2017 at 09:00 AM. The updated Price/Cost Schedule is provided in the Revised Attachment A. Questions and Answers are provided in Attachment B. The revised SLA Clause is provided in Attachment C.
