- Description
- Synopsis: M67001-17-Q-0034 Marine Corps Base (MCB), Camp Lejeune, North Carolina and Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Albany, GA have requirements for maintenance support of the Tellabs/Coriant telecommunications systems. This maintenance support requirement includes: remote access support, on-site support, and equipment maintenance. The Government will solicit (M67001-17-Q-0034) and award this contract using FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The Government intends to award the quoter who represents the Best Value to the Government. Best Value will be determined by a review of quoters' responses to the evaluation criteria provided in the solicitation. Award will be issued on a firm fixed price contract on an all or none basis. The requirement is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 811213. The request for quotation (RFQ) documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 2005-95, effective 13 January 2017 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20161222, effective 22 December 2016. The solicitation will be available for download via the electronic data interchange at FedBizOps, www.fbo.gov, on or about 1 June 2017. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, and agree to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application Inventory, Receipt Acceptance and Property Transfer (iRAPT) at https://wawf.eb.mil/xhtml/unauth/home/login.xhtml. All responsible businesses, large and small, may submit an offer for consideration.
