- The subject solicitation for the removal of sand/sludge from two rain basins on Ramstein AFB is postponed until further notice. This solicitation is canceled. A new solicitation will posted once current lab tests are received. It has been brought to our attention that the Lab Test results that we have provided are no longer valid and a retest of the materials must be completed. We are in the process of scheduling a new lab test and will notify all interested parties once the new results are received. A new solicitation deadline will then be posted.
