- •(i) Sole Source to GigaBiter LLC. •(ii) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. •(iii) Solicitation Number: FA8201-17-Q-SHREDDER This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). •(iv) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. Contracting Officer's Business Size Selection Small Business Set-Aside NAICS Code 333999 Small Business Size Standard 500 employees (iv) (v) CLIN Nomenclature UI Q T Y 0001 GB12HD20 Hard Drive Shredder (Output conveyor and stainless steel option, 9' Cleated Input Conveyor Semi-Annual Preventative Maintenance including initial Set up & Training Ability to shred server hard drives and back up tapes in large quantities Ability to connect to current GB-16 particulate filtration system Dust Enclosure Lot 1 •(vi) Description of item(s) to be acquired: The GB12HD20 Hard Drive Shredder (Output conveyor and stainless steel option, 9' Cleated Input Conveyor Semi-Annual Preventative Maintenance including initial Set up & Training Ability to shred server hard drives and back up tapes in large quantities Ability to connect to current GB-16 particulate filtration system Dust Enclosure. This device is used to destroy computer drives in accordance with AFMAN 33-152. In addition to the device Hill AFB will require the Semi-Annual Preventative Maintenance including initial Set Up & Training. •(vii) Period of Performance and place: Date of Award for 1 year maintenance.
