- Draft Performance Work Statement for Open Water Dive Instruction and Certification Market Research Questionnaire for Open Water Dive Instruction and Certification This Sources Sought Notice is posted by a government agency seeking possible sources for a project. It is not a solicitation or request for quotation. The US Air Force is seeking potential companies who are interested to provide Open Water Dive Instruction and Certficiation in accordance with the draft attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The place of performance is at the Ramstein Aquatic Center, Building 422. The anticipated period of performance is 01 August 2017 through 31 December 2017, with the yearly option to extend the performance through 31 December 2021. Interested sources are requested to review the attached PWS and provide comments, concerns and recommendations in accordance with attached Market Research Questionnaire. Information must be submitted by close of business 26 May 2017 to Ms. Alaina Hill, email alaina.hill@us.af.mil. All information shall be submitted via email. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a request for quotation and is not considered a commitment by the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests.
