This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number P17PS00914 is issued as an unrestricted request for proposal (RFP). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective January 17, 2017. (iv) The solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis. The associated NAICS code is 315210, Classification Code 84. (v) Please see the attached solicitation P17PS00914 for a list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, including option(s). (vi) Please see attached solicitation P17PS00914 for a description of requirements for the items to be acquired. (vii) Please see attached solicitation P17PS00914 for the date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Please see attached solicitation P17PS00914 for the specific evaluation criteria. (x) The offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer, or, in accordance with the provision, the Offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) of the provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) Web site accessed through http://www.sam.gov/portal. If the Offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically, the Offeror shall complete paragraphs (c) through (r) of the provision. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Please see attached solicitation P17PS00914 for the addenda to the provision. (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is not applicable to this acquisition. (xv) Questions are due, via e-mail, no later than Friday June 2, 2017 at 11:00 EDT. Offers must be submitted in accordance with RFP Section D Solicitation Provisions, Addendum 1.0 Tailored Instructions for the Submission of Proposals, and are due no later than Friday July 7, 2017 at 17:00 EDT.
