- Quote Return Document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. AG-04GG-S-17-0031, EpiPens for Deschutes and Ochoco National Forest This is a Small Business Set-aside under NAICS 446110, size standard $27.5M. 110 each - 2 pack Mylan EpiPen or equal, with expiration no earlier than April 2018. See attached pricing schedule to be completed by offeror and returned. SHIPPING COSTS SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE UNIT PRICE.
