- Solicitation Attachment 12 Attachment 11 Attachment 10 Attachment 9 Attachment 8 Attachment 7 Attachment 6 Attachment 5 Attachment 4 Attachment 3 Attachment 2 Attachment 1 PURPOSE OF NOTICE: This is a request for Proposal (RFP) for FA4855-17-R-0008 issued by the 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron at 110 E. Alison Ave, Cannon AFB, NM, 88103 for Melrose Air Force Range (MAFR) Operations, Maintenance, and Support (OM&S) Services. The Government anticipates one contract to be awarded as a competitive 8(a) small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(b). The Government anticipates utilizing North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561210, Facility Support Services. The proposed contract action is for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12 and is for services which the Government intends to solicit using Tradeoff source selection procedures. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 December 2017 through 30 November 2018 with three (3) additional one-year option periods. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Contractor shall provide a fully functional primary training range to meet war-fighter training and readiness requirements. The contractor shall provide personnel, training, and supervision to perform three regimes of support encompassing ground, electronic/technologic, and administrative services. These regimes include all operations, maintenance, support (OM&S), air and ground scheduling, paramedic services, and wildland fire management for MAFR. In addition, the contractor is responsible for supporting operation and maintenance of all range equipment including vehicles and heavy equipment used to support the operations of MAFR. ADDITIONAL NOTES: The Government will conduct any source selection in accordance with Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS) 5315 and the attached RFP. A pre-proposal site visit will be held on June 2, 2017 at 0900 MST IAW the RFP. <ins datetime="2017-05-09T16:36" cite="mailto:MOISANT,%20KATHERINE%20E%20GS-13%20USAF%20AFSOC%20AFICA/KOP">
