- Statement of Work for Breathing Air System Repair Combined synopsis and solicitation Wage determination for Breathing Air System Repair This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-94 Effective 19 Jan 2017, DFARS Publication Notice 20161222 Effective 22 Dec 2016, and Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular Revision #26, 04 May 2017.
