Description
Terms & Conditions BPA Fuel This Sources Sought Notice will be utilized by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District to establish a list of sources interested in a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the supply of Diesel Fuel. A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as defined FAR 13.303(a) is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies or services by establishing "charge accounts" with qualified sources of supply. The BPA does not guarantee or obligate the Government to any orders to a BPA holder in any capacity. The agreements will have a period of performance of five (5) years from the date the Master Agreement is established. As supplies are required, the Government will issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to vendors actively holding a BPA Master Agreement. BPA holders will not be required to quote on every RFQ. Quotes will be required to be submitted electronically, via email, and utilizing a price sheet in an Excel (.xlsx) format. Interested vendors should be capable of delivering various quantities of Diesel Fuel to the Aquatic Nuisance Species Dispersal Barrier, located at 790 E. Old Romeo Road, Lockport, Illinois 60441. Detailed locations for deliveries can be found in the BPA Terms and Conditions attached to this notice. To be eligible for a BPA, an interested vendor SHALL have an active record in the System for Award Management (SAM), located at www.sam.gov. The NAICS code for this BPA is 324110, Petroleum Refineries, and the size standard is 1,500 employees. Questions concerning the establishment of the BPA for Diesel Fuel at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District can be directed to Megan R. Manis, Contract Specialist, at megan.r.manis@usace.army.mil. ***If interested in receiving a BPA with the USACE, Chicago District, please do one of the following: 1. Register as an interested vendor on FBO.gov (login required) 2. Send an email to Megan R. Manis at megan.r.manis@usace.army.mil that includes your company's Cage Code, along with the email address and telephone number of your Point of Contact (POC) for this announcement. ***
