- Combination Synopsis/Solicitation Statement of Work for Paging System Upgrade I. Contractor shall perform work necessary to supply and install parts for a surveillance camera system installation in and around buildings, 1926, 1927, 1930, and 1938 at the 729 th Air Control Squadron, Hill Air Force Base, Utah. For buildings 1926, 1927, and 1930, the security system shall be exterior installations only. (a) Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required to accomplish all work related to installing equipment to manufactures specifications. (b) Contractor shall provide all necessary training to be able to utilize the camera system efficiently. II. Project Description (a) Contractor shall provide and install: (i) As Required - 2 Conductor 16 Gauge (19 X 29) Unshielded Speaker Cable | NEC RATING: CMR 1. Building 1910 (i) Seven (7) each 8" Dual Cone Loudspeaker with 25V/70.7-5 Watt Transformer and Model 62-8 Baffle (ii) Three (3) each Horn Loudspeaker with 25V/70.7V/100V-15 Watt Transformer (iii) One (1) each Bi-Axial Horn, Gimbal-Mount, Twin Reflex Air Column (iv) One (1) each Compression Driver with 70.7V-30 Watt Transformer (v) One (1) each 100 Watt telephone paging amplifier 2. Building 1927 (i) Ten (10) each 8" Dual Cone Loudspeaker with 25V/70.7-5 Watt Transformer and Model 62-8 Baffle (ii) Three (3) each Horn Loudspeaker with 25V/70.7V/100V-15 Watt Transformer (iii) Two (2) each Bi-Axial Horn, Gimbal-Mount, Twin Reflex Air Column (iv) Two (2) each Compression Driver with 70.7V-30 Watt Transformer (v) One (1) each 100 Watt telephone paging amplifier 3. Building 1930 (i) Two (2) each 8" Dual Cone Loudspeaker with 25V/70.7-5 Watt Transformer and Model 62-8 Baffle (ii) Two (2) each Horn Loudspeaker with 25V/70.7V/100V-15 Watt Transformer (iii) One (1) each 35 Watt Mixer-Amplifier 4. Building 1938 (i) Ten (67) each 8" Dual Cone Loudspeaker with 25V/70.7-5 Watt Transformer and Model 62-8 Baffle (ii) Seven (7) each Horn Loudspeaker with 25V/70.7V/100V-15 Watt Transformer (iii) Two (2) each Bi-Axial Horn, Gimbal-Mount, Twin Reflex Air Column (iv) Two (2) each Compression Driver with 70.7V-30 Watt Transformer (v) One (1) each 250 Watt telephone paging amplifier (vi) One (1) each Single-zone universal telephone interface (24V) (vii) Two (2) each Line Level Distribution Amplifier - 1x3 (viii) One (1) each RDL Automatic Ducking Module (ix) Three (3) each 24Vdc Switching Power Supply, North American AC Plug, 500 mA, dc Plug (b) Replace all current speakers and horns in buildings 1910 and 1938: Building 1910 - Seven (7) 8" Dual Cone Loudspeaker with 25V/70.7-5W Transformer and Model 62-8 Baffle, Three (3) Horn Loudspeaker with 25V/70.7V/100V-15W Transformer. Building 1938 - Sixty-Seven (67) 8" Dual Cone Loudspeaker with 25V/70.7-5W Transformer and Model 62-8 Baffle, Seven (7) Horn Loudspeaker with 25V/70.7V/100V-15W Transformer. (c) Install the following on the exterior of buildings listed below: Building 1910 - Install One (1) Bi-Axial Horn, Gimbal-Mount, Twin Reflex Air Column Building 1927 - Install Two (2) Bi-Axial Horn, Gimbal-Mount, Twin Reflex Air Column Building 1938 - Install Two (2) Bi-Axial Horn, Gimbal-Mount, Twin Reflex Air Column (d) All installed paging equipment shall be able to be utilized by any of the currently installed Cisco phones that are installed and shall be part of the current "3-5-7" VOIP accessed paging system. (e) T here must be at a minimum of one 8" Dual Cone Loudspeaker with 25V/70.7-5W Transformer and Model 62-8 Baffle installed in each of the restrooms located in each building (f) Period of Performance: Completion 45 days after contract award (g) Warranty: The contractor shall provide a consecutive 1-year service warranty in addition to any standard manufacturer warranty for parts & service on each product furnished. Service warranty shall cover manufacturer defect and hardware failure. A hardware failure is defined to include, but are not limited to: failure due to weather, manufacturing defect, electrical malfunction (not related to the commercial power), wildlife, and any other circumstance that would disassociate the paging system from working properly. (h) Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 7 JUNE 2017, from 1:00-3:00pm. Attendance is not mandatory for offerors, however it is highly encouraged to provide offerors the opportunity to see the scope of the requirement.
