- W912P8-16-B-0053-0001 Solicitation Amendment 001 The above numbered solicitation for Mississippi River, Baton Rouge to Gulf of Mexico, Southwest Pass Hopper Dredge Rental Contract No. 3-2017, Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana (OM-17-003), is hereby amended as follows: 1) Set the bid opening date to 25 May 2017 at 11:00 am local time and place. The Bid Opening will be held in Room 167 at the USACE New Orleans District complex. 2) Make changes to the solicitation as detailed in the attached amendment.
