- Visitor Access Request (VAR) form for DISA Amendment #1 ADDED 5/22/2017: The Site Visit is hereby a mandatory requirement for this contract. Any interested contractors will need to see the rooms prior to providing a cost estimate for project cost. Contractor must submit a VAR Form at least 7 days prior to the schedule a site visit to Laura.Cherryholmes@dla.mil. There will be no exceptions.Please see Attachment 1 - VAR FORM. Site visit is rescheduled for June 8, 2017 at 10am (eastern). This will take place at BLDG 308. Due to the change of the site visit - the response time to the Solicitation is hereby extended to 06/23/2017 at 10 am (Eastern). All replies must be in at that time to be considered for award. Any questions arising from the site visit must be submitted via email to Laura.Cherryholmes@dla.mil no later than 07/13/2017. Replies to questions will be sent to the requestors and all responding vendors no later than 07/16/2017.
