- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: Manhattan, NYC Delineated Area: North on Canal West on West Street South of South Street East on South Street/FDR Drive Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,686 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,686 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Reserved and Secured): 1 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Cancellation Rights: 120 days Additional Requirements: Due to the nature of the agency's work and the sensitivity of some of the visitors, the Agency's space should not be located on the same floors of the same building as law enforcement elements of the Department of Homeland Security or other law enforcement offices where police actions are frequently observed. Building must be Class A. 1 reserved space is required but willing to consider various alternatives to satisfy this requirement. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
