- FAR 13.5 Brand Name Justification RFQ SP7000-17-Q-0028 Combined Synopsis / Solicitation SP7000-17-Q-0028 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation, (RFQ) number: SP7000-17-Q-0028. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Current to: FAC 2005-95, effective: 19 Jan 2017, Current to DPN 20161222 (effective 22 Dec 2016) and DLAD Current to Revision (Revised May 9, 2017 through PROCLTR 2017-11). This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334118, and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The Federal Supply Class code is 7025. Please refer to the RFQ package link for additional information including line item numbers, quantities, units of measure, applicable clauses and provisions, and delivery location. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating are not applicable. See the Continuation Pages for delivery time frames. Please refer to Attachment 2 Delivery Schedule of the RFQ package for delivery information. Destination is the applicable acceptance and FOB point. Delivery is required no later than 30 days after date of order (ADO). Quote Submittal Quotes must be submitted electronically only to the points of contacts listed below. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure that their electronic correspondence and/or quote information has been received by the Government. Offeror shall submit a COMPLETED copy of provision 52.212-3 with offer in order to be considered responsive (The offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) of this provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) Web site accessed through http://www.sam.gov/portal. If the Offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically, the Offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (r) of this provision.
