- Description
- THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO POST QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS FROM THE WALK THROUGH HELD ON 18 MAY 2017 AND TO EXTEND THE RESPONSE DATE TO 30 June 2017 at 0900 am PST. DRAWINGS: Question (1): Will drawings be provided of any of the rooms and will any floor plans be provided? Answer (1): The drawing of room C200 has been posted. Please submit an explicit access request to view it. This will be the only drawing posted. We will not be posting the layout of the entire building this room is in. C200 ROOM: Question (2): Unclassified and classified cable separation? Answer (2): Per CNSSAM TEMPEST/1-13 red and black separation should be 6 inches because the black or unclassified cables leave the room. Question (3): Type of cable needed? Answer (3): The type of cable that should be used is CAT 6A shielded for all networks. Cat 6A shielded twisted pair (STP) should replace all CAT 6 or CAT 6E in the statement of work. Question (4): Power polls locations and dimensions? Answer (4): Please see question #6 and refer to drawing. Question (5): Count for conduit (one for NIPR and one for SIPR)? Answer (5): Please refer to drawing. Question (6): 4 phone lines cable type and any additional information? Answer (6): Install four yellow Cat-5e plenum grade cables from room 2W-C200 to room 2W-210 and terminate using C4 connectors on existing 110 block. Cable termination in room 2W-C200 is to be 568A. Question (7): Furniture Cut Sheet? Answer (7): There will be no furniture cut sheet provided, but the power poles are three (3) square inches and the opening for the data ports/drops are the standard size just like what any other cubicle has. LAN ROOM: Question (8): Seal penetration (fire proof? Sound proof?)? Answer (8): Sound Proof. Question (9): NMCI SIPR / local SIPR / local NIPR - Contractor to provide 2 cabinets (one for SIPR and one for NIPR). NMCI to provide 1 cabinet for NMCI SIPR. Answer (9): There should only be 2 cabinets in the LAN ROOM in C200. 1 NMCI SIPR and 1 SIPR RDT&E. All unclassified should be coming from room 2W-A210. This is true for unclassified NMCI as well as unclassified RDT&E. Question (10): Cable ladder tray needed? Answer (10): Cable ladder tray needs to be provided by contractor. A250: Question (11): New fiber or existing? Answer (11): Relocate existing fiber (2 lines - 6 strand multimode and single mode). A210: Question (12): Will there be a revised statement of work for additional work discussed during the walk through regarding the telephone lines?
