- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, Detroit, Michigan is seeking a contractor to accomplish regularly scheduled same day courier services for and between the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Detroit, Michigan and Pontiac Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). Period of performance is Date of Award One Year from Date of Award with four (4) additional option years. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 492210. All potential bidders MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Potential bidders should register at https://www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. This action is 100 percent (100%) set aside for SDVOSBs. No fax or email bid packages shall be accepted. Bid packages will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about June 1, 2017. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice.
