- Solicitation #LCFDL17R4000 Serials Subscription Services The Library of Congress/FEDLINK is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of subscription services for serial publications of all types and in all media, and related support and electronic access services for FEDLINK member agencies. Optional services may include, average price index, journal check-in, missing issues, ILS integration services, links resolution and management, licenses access and management, and special customized collection reports. Services will be used by federal libraries and information centers worldwide. Products and services purchased under this solicitation shall be for official Government use only. The solicitation is divided into three lots. Vendors must qualify under Lot 1 in order to provide services under Lot 2 and/or Lot 3. The three lots are: (a) Lot 1 - Basic Subscription Order and Renewal Services, (b) Lot 2 - Optional Support Services, (c) Lot 3 - Optional Specialized Electronic Access Services. The closing date for RFP #LCFDL17R4000 is June 29, 2017. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all amendments to the solicitation are received and addressed prior to proposal submission. All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the instruction provided in Section L of the RFP. All questions shall be submitted in writing and addressed to the Contracting Officer via email as specified. NO TELEPHONE CALLS will be accepted.
