- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial its prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation constitutes the only solicitation: quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. The reference number is HSFLAR-17-Q-00031 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) unless otherwise indicated herein.
