The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 575 each up to 2451 each maximum of a ACTUATOR, ELECTRO-ME, NSN: 1680-01-571-7578, Part Number: 70400-06641-201 applicable to the A-BE BLACKHAWK weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 575 each Year 2: 469 each Year 3: 469 each Year 4: 469 each Year 5: 469 each Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 575 each, 203 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002. This item is restricted to SIMMONDS PRECISION, Cage Code 12511 and SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT, Cage Code 78286. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
