This is a SOURCES SOUGHT request for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine the following: The interest and capability of all qualified business sources; Whether qualified business sources are small business, women-owned small business, small disadvantaged business, veteran owned small business, service-disabled veteran owned small business, or large business; Whether the business source is a manufacturer or authorized distributor, verified by an authorization letter from the original equipment manufacturer; and Sized classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339112 for the proposed acquisition. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking potential sources for the following equipment, brand name or equal, to be provided FOB destination for the Saint Joseph County VA Clinic, 1540 Trinity Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545. Equal items shall meet or exceed the characteristics of the listed items. If proposing equal items, submit detailed documentation showing how the items meet or exceed each brand name item. All items shall be new; refurbished/used items are not acceptable.
