Description

The Dept. of Veterans Affairs is seeking interested, small business sources only for a possible requirement entitled: RECRUITMENT SERVICES of MEDICAL PROVIDERS The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO 23), on behalf of The US Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care System St. Cloud, Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as STC-VAHCS, located at 4801 Veterans Drive, St. Cloud, MN 56303, requests interested SMALL BUSINESS sources only who may offer services regarding Recruitment Services of Medical Providers. STC-VAHCS is in need of the services of a Medical Provider Recruiting Firm to assist with the recruitment and placement of one or more Internal Medicine/Family Practice (IM/FP), Mental Health (MH), and Specialty Care Providers at the Saint Cloud, Minnesota Campus. Providers needed for recruitment and placement include Physicians (M.D. or D.O.), Advanced Practice Registered Nurses/Nurse Practitioners (APRN), or Certified Physician Assistants (C-PA). This is not a request for sources who recruit locum tenens. The possible performance period for interested, small businesses will be from time of contract award through end of the 1-year base period, currently estimated to be 7/1/2017 6/30/2018. There may also be multiple Option Periods for this contract. The applicable NAICS Code is: 561311 EMPLOYMENT PLACEMENT AGENCIES. The small business size standard is $27.5 million. This possible requirement is a 100% SET-ASIDE competition for SMALL BUSINESSES only. All qualified, interested parties are invited to provide information. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, equipment, advertisement, and management of the possible requirement. *NOTE: If two or more certified VOSB s respond to this notice with interest and qualified information, the possible requirement will be set-aside for VOSBs only. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for offers. This is a request for information of small business, interested parties only. All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov and complete online Representations and Certifications at http://www.sam.gov. If applicable, all SDVOSB/VOSB respondents must be certified in the Veteran Business database at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov to prove/validate SDVOSB/VOSB eligibility. This sources-sought announcement is used to identify SMALL BUSINESS concerns with the capability to accomplish the work. This is not a solicitation. Only those firms who respond to this announcement by submitting the following information will be used in determining whether to set-aside/compete this requirement. *NOTE: If two or more certified VOSB s respond to this notice with interest and qualified information, the possible requirement will be set-aside for VOSBs only. Qualified, interested parties will please provide all of the following: 1) A capability statement expressing interest in this requirement, describing your company and its capability to complete this work. Include a statement detailing any special qualifications and certifications (including for SDVOSB/VOSBs only - VetBiz Veteran Info Page {VIP}), applicable to the scope of this project, held by your firm and/or in-house personnel. The capability statement must directly address the services of your Medical Provider Recruiting Firm to assist with the recruitment and placement of one or more Internal Medicine/Family Practice (IM/FP), Mental Health (MH), and Specialty Care Providers at the Saint Cloud, Minnesota Campus of the VA. Providers needed for recruitment and placement include Physicians (M.D. or D.O.), Advanced Practice Registered Nurses/Nurse Practitioners (APRN), or Certified Physician Assistants (C-PA). This is not a request for sources who recruit locum tenens. 2) A statement or list of your firm's current or past technical experience similar to or the same as the summary scope of work for this requirement. Include a brief description of the scope, location of placements, and schedule for each similar requirement. 3) A statement or list of your firm's current or past performance of placements similar to or the same as the summary scope of work. Include points-of-contact name, location, and email address. 4) A statement of your firm's business size and type (HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, 8(a), Woman-Owned, Small Business, etc.) utilizing the NAICS code and size standard noted above.
